Orders placed on the Vini The Ninja website are processed manually and handled with special care to ensure the best experience for our customers. By making a purchase, the user agrees to the terms described in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Timeframes

  • During pre-sale periods, when a product is purchased before its official release and shipped at a future date, Vini The Ninja will establish longer delivery times. This is necessary to organize demand, adjust production, and then ship the product to the customer.

  • The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's location (domestic or international), the payment method, and the product purchased.

  • Pre-sale orders may take between 45 to 60 business days to be delivered, depending on the region and the availability of transport services.

  • Once sales return to normal, the estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. For helmets, delivery will be made directly by the supplier.


2. Order Processing & Tracking
 

  • After payment confirmation and order processing, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

  • However, for pre-sale orders, shipping times may be longer and will be subject to product availability.


3. Pre-Sale Orders
 

  • By participating in a pre-sale, the customer understands and agrees that the shipment will occur after the official release date and may be subject to unexpected delays.

  • Our team will maintain direct contact to provide updates on the order status.


4. Shipping Costs
 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address (domestic or international), the weight, and the volume of the order.

  • In some cases, shipping costs may vary at checkout. If necessary, adjustments will be made, and the customer will be notified before shipment.


5. Shipping Address
 

  • Once the order has been processed and released from our Distribution Center or by our partner supplier, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.

  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

  • If an address error causes the order to be returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


6. Delays & Delivery Issues
 

  • Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary based on the recipient’s location (domestic or international) and the availability of transport services.

  • While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to external factors, such as:

    • Logistical issues

    • Customs clearance delays

    • Problems with postal or shipping services

  • Vini The Ninja does not control the services provided by shipping carriers and, therefore, is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.


7. Order Status & Tracking
 

  • After completing the purchase, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the order status.

  • These updates will also be available via the order confirmation email and in the customer’s registered account.

  • If the purchase was made as a guest, order details will only be available via email.
